Ah, yeah. The 70's.

This is at the end of the famed CHiPs/Punk/Disco episode. I can't find any clips of where the punk rockers fight the CHiPs, but it happens right before this clip.

One of the punkers is played by Bill Forsythe, of "Raising Arizona" fame!!
