Austin in London

Made my way around Shoreditch, one of the close by boroughs today.

Reminds me of Austin, specifically East Austin and Red River a lot. Apparently, a little as ten years ago, you could have actually been able to afford a place here for not too much money. Now, of course, it's a different story.

The pub where Porter was started is apparently here. As well as the two theatres where old Bill Shakespeare used to stage his plays.

Apparently back in the day, this was the "bawdy" part of town.
